Finn and Jake try to find a way to use all the sand that was in the bag, which is now spread across the Land of Ooo. Ice King kidnaps Desert Princess who after being freed by Finn and Jake, uses her powers to create sand clones of herself. The clones then jump into the crater made by the Mushroom War, creating a new Desert Kingdom for Desert Princess to rule. Princess Bubblegum asks Water Princess to make a lake in the new kingdom. Everyone has a party on Desert Princess's new lake, concluding The Lich Story for now.
In a flashback, Marceline is shown 1000 years before the events of the comics. It show her inside the cave while the Mushroom War is occurring outside. She eventually discovers the Bag of Holding.
